So, you’re new to Facebook. You have your basic profile set up. You’ve added your relationship status, your place of work and of course the best possible the photos of yourself you can find at the absolute best angle. Everything is exactly the way you want it. Now what?

Well it’s time to explore. Beyond being able to look up friends, family members and long lost loves, Facebook is loaded with one-word applications activities and games for pure and simple entertainment.

One of the most popular games to play is Farmville. Now I personally have not played it as I am scared to death that if I see what this building a fence business is all about, I will have one more reason to not leave the computer for my daily necessities. The same goes for Zoo World and Pet Society.

And if you wonder which swear you are, you can always take the quiz to find out. Along with quizzes to find out which muppet, Sex in the City character, and what kind of a kisser you are. Some of these quizzes of course are downright silly. But then again, wouldn’t we all want to know that we’re appealing, fun and a great kisser to boot?

You can even send gifts to your friends such as flowers, holiday ornaments and strippers…well not real ones. You can have pillow fights, send drinks, and become a fan of pretty much anything on earth. The activities available on facebook are almost endless and can keep the average adult quite entertained.

And even if you find none of these activities appeal to you, you’ll probably have just as much fun adding new friends and reading updates about everyone you know, which can be quite entertaining in itself. So if you have some free time, sit back, relax and let your exploring begin.
